Maybe you could add Runecrafting? (maybe it's too hard, but I thought I'd just put the suggestion out there.)

Option 1 : Add talisman/tiara support to get into the original RS altars, so you RC like on RS.
Option 2 : Add commands to get into the altars, like ::airaltar (for air) etc.

Levels should be like this.

Level 1 : Air runes
Level 2 : Mind runes
Level 5 : Water runes
Level 9 : Earth runes
Level 14 : Fire runes
Level 20 : Body runes
Level 27 : Cosmic runes
Level 35 : Chaos runes
Level 40 : Astral runes
Level 44 : Nature runes
Level 54 : Law runes
Level 65 : Death runes
Level 77 : Blood runes

^^^ Those levels are from real RS. (thought i'd add the colors according to the rune colors.)
